You must provide clear, accurate references and instructions.
References provided by the client should accurately reflect the desired character or design.
You must own or have permission to use all provided assets.
AI generated images may not be used as references.
You are responsible for ensuring your request is correct before work begins.

I may decline elements outside my scope or for technical/ethical reasons.
Texture work is provided in flat color and not a fur brush style.
You may request changes during the creation process.
Major changes after work has started may require an additional fee.
You have 7 days after completion to request minor fixes.
Minor fixes cover errors in the agreed work and do not include new poses, backgrounds, or major composition changes.
Additional edits after this period may require a new commission.

Refunds will not be issued for personal financial situations.
Please contact me before opening a PayPal dispute.
Clients who initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may be refused future service.

If no work has started, a full or near full refund may be issued.
If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, refunds will be based on the amount of work completed.
Completed commissions are non refundable.

If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
Any work completed prior to cancellation remains my property unless otherwise agreed.

All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Personal use includes displaying, posting, streaming, or otherwise sharing the commissioned work on personal social media and content platforms.
Monetization of personal content featuring the commissioned work, including advertising revenue, creator rewards, subscriptions, donations, or similar features, is permitted and does not by itself constitute commercial use.
Commercial use of the work itself requires additional fees and written agreement.
Commercial rights are not granted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
If a commission is cancelled, all rights to the work return to me.
I may reuse or repurpose cancelled work unless rights are purchased.

I am not responsible for issues caused by platform updates or SDK changes.
I am not responsible for avatar performance ranking unless explicitly agreed.
I am not responsible for issues caused by third party tools, shaders, or assets.

All characters must have their corresponding .fbx files provided.
All required avatar and clothing textures must be provided by the client.
All assets required for the requested scene must be provided by the client.
You must have permission to provide and use all supplied assets.
Missing files or incompatible assets may delay work or require additional fees.
Avatar setup, model fixes, and texture edits are not included unless explicitly agreed.
Render pricing includes one character unless additional characters are purchased.
Background upgrades and additional options are charged separately as listed.
Unity materials, shaders, and effects may require adjustments for Blender rendering.
Final renders are delivered as 4K .png images unless otherwise agreed.
Blender project files and source assets are not included unless explicitly agreed.

Please allow reasonable time for responses.
Frequent status requests may delay workflow.
Clear communication helps ensure the best result.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the commission may be considered abandoned and closed without refund.
